Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini Pro smartphone

Great phone, great to use. Better sound quality than most phones, standard handsfree/ear phones belt out great sound. Keyboard is fantastic for emails. It even spent 15 minutes under water in a fountain today and it still works!
This phone is soo small, and still a pleasure to use. It's size and robustness has helped it survive a year in my pocket which says a lot because last year I killed three phones at work landscaping.
Now the gripes:
Would like to be able to delete a few Sony apps that are part of firmware 'wisepilot' why would I subscribe to this when I have google maps?
Processor is a bit slow, phone often needs... thinking....time.
Crappy feeling case but saying that it has suffered a few big drops including one into a fountain today.
The battery, OMG this phone needs to be on charge once a day if on standby, and twice a day if you call or GPS or WiFi.
The alarm doesn't go off if the phone is off.
Calander reminders are a crappy little beep with limited warning increments - what if I want a reminder 2hrs before an appointment?
How do I hang up a call? why do I have to wait for the touch screen to realise the phone is no longer to my ear? why can't i use one of the three 'real' buttons to end a call?
