Is definitely not a blue tick! Had mobiles in our rural area since they first came out, all worked fairly well, the old Samsung A412 outstanding! This drops out, no signal bars, fails to work very well on car bluetooth, battery life about 6 hours as roams all the time, talk about 35 to 45 minutes!!! worst ever...does not even work well in city either...always roaming and uses all Battery v quickly. Texting is useless, have to go in and change menu to get a capital...grade 1 could have come up with a better texting system

It a good phone but it could be better. Yes a little over priced but still best I could find on the market for the older generation. To transfer photos and data from the phone you need to do this using the external memory card SD, then download the picture to the SD card then to your computer and visa versa, computer to phone same way. I found that without an SD card you cannot transfer. I do hope that phone companies continue to brings out mobile with big buttons, easy to read and the audio because of the aging population in Australia need mobiles more than any other generation. Vibration and sound is great particularly for older generation who may be hearing impaired.
