I failed to mention before, but the "expert review" also rates this as being "sluggish with basic tasks".
I also disagree strongly here, with basic tasks the phone runs extremely smoothly. I haven't tested any heavy duty applications as of yet, but it performs well with every task that is needed with a phone.Another point I failed to address was the cameras. The camera on the back of the phone is excellent. You really can't complain here. Obviously it's not super high quality that you'd expect from thousands of dollars worth of camera equipment, but it's perfect for the price of the phone.
However the front facing camera is very poor, and almost unusable. Realistically that camera is only for taking pictures of yourself, so for most people that won't be an issue, and if it is, I find that it is quite easy to use the other camera anyway. It just takes a bit more technique.I think I have covered all the relevant points in my two posts... hopefully.

Responding to a few issues here, I have found the following could be useful.
1. The user manual is inside the device. Go to Apps > Help.
2. Transferring files to and from the phone is a breeze. Select USB Transfer to copy files from the SD card, or MTP for Media Transfer, the device shows up as an external drive on your computer. First installation, you should choose Install Drivers, this will open up an embedded drive in the phone which has an installer to get your PC talking to the handset.
