I love this phone some much! It is truly awesome got it for $38 and free $10 credit! I have no problems with it, it's perfect. I got it in purple and it looks awesome. I stuck alot of stickers on it untill it looked like an expensive phone then added a beautiful stud. :D u should really buy it.

Cant work out how to add words to the dictionary from the prememtive text, and how can i have a message tone that is longer than what they give you or how can i choose one of the ringtones for message or is this not possible

I've had this phone for about 5 or more months, I bought it as a second phone, thinking "hey, i want a touch phone, this ones cheap so lets give it a wack"

Cheap Alright. I read reviews before purchasing it, so uncorrect all you'se praising it. It's SHI*. Screen is so un responsive I want to kill myself. Freezes Constantly. Typing text; pfft. Can't even get 'draw something' on it.

Safe to say, I hate the f@#king thing.

i have been trying to download a game onto my smart touch of android market from the computer when it says to put in my gmail address from my phone. so i put it in and then it says there is no account conected to this gmail address when i made it with the phone. DOES ANYONE NO HOW TO FIX THAT!!!!!

This phone is not worth the $100. I have only had the phone for a month never dropped it or put it near water and it constantly turns it self off if you have the money save up for a little bit more and buy a better phone

I am wanting my first phone this year, and I want a touch phone powered by Telstra, and doesn;'t take a massive bite out of my savings :P
This seems liks the perfect phont, as I'm not planning on using any internet or anything, just for calls and texts, and camera.
Will this be a good phone for me? People are saying it's cheap sh*t. Is it, in your expirience? And how long will it last?

My mom purchased this phone. I then used the phone just checking my email being that it was convient at the time, now I can't logg out of that gmail application at all, theres no option as to how to log out of the gmail inbox. Now any one can read my emails. What a stupid phone!!

this phone is great it is easy to use but sometimes my contacts disapear and then after a few hours my contacts are but, but sometime you have to turn it off and then on, or put it on charge but it still may not work. but overall it is an easy phone to use and is practical for texting all calling

I bought this phone yesterday. I was texting my friend, then I went to bed. WOke up the next day and saw that he had sent me a text, so i replied only to find that it wont send any txts to him... AT ALL!
I can text everyone else in my contacts list, just not him.
I haven't used up my 200 free txts yet, or the 40 bucks credit! IT'S SO BLOODY FRUSTRATING! D:

Bought this phone as prepaid with $40 credit. For the price it is everything I need. Two probs for me: reception range not good and expensive on credit. Phone used up the $40 credit in 6 minutes flat without me even touching it. I discovered it came with GPS enabled and SYNCing turned on. I am guessing this coupled with constant reconnection attempts has used my credit. I'm a bit scared to reload the credit now, I've had prepaids for years, same offer, using $40 a month. Something in it connects without asking first and I'm still looking for it.

its a marvelous phone and its gr8 for teens but the problem is the internet and how u have 2 make a google account and have 2 not use ur e-mail that u already have. One of the things that i find not atractive of this phone are the coulours or should i say colour because there should be multiple colours that customers could choose from

Had mine for four months and now it doesn't send texts for some reason. Took it to my telstra dealer 3 times and each time they told me to go home and try again. Also, i was on unlimited 1c text and now they're charging me 29c per message to another telstra phone - I feel telstra itself it the problem here

I have had this mob for a few months now, but recently it goes through fazes of not ringing or giving a message tone,when i get a call, it is like it is on "sileint" mode, i know now of 2 other people this has happened too, i have discovered Telsta no longer sell this model (due to faults apparently), i am wondering if anyone else has had issues?

Don't get me wrong I love my phone, it's a pretty good beginner's touch screen phone. I agree, the touch screen isn't the best, it's not as sensitive I mean, but that's what I like about it; you won't accidentally press anything. What annoys me though is that the Internet is eating up my credit and I don't know how to stop it. It's managed to steal $20 (AUD) in less than a week.

This is in reponse to 'Lauren' if they're reading this.
My brother (who is like the phone genius in my family) told me that If I just switch to a sim card for $30 dollars a month, it gives you $220 cap and bonus credit, 500mb of data and free txts between 6pm-midnight everyday.

This is junk, plain and simple.
The screen is impossible to use and simply will not calibrate so you can never get the correct letter or number. The battery life is appaling along with the bluetooth reliability. The fact that Telstra put their name to this product speaks plenty. I purchased it on a whim as my trusty old Sony Erricson started to play up after 2 yrs of abuse and put into the "how bad could it be" category. It has frustrated me that much that I lost the plot tonight and smashed it into a million pieces. So it's back to the old Sony for the time being.

First touchscreen phone I've ever had and it's been okay. Can seem to get a little stuck on screens at times though. Also the alarm has stopped working sound-wise which REALLY SUCKS! Part from that it's a good first touchscreen phone :)

I purchase this phone for my daughter & we both really like it. It is very easy to use & is brilliant for what we need it for, except for the battery life. If you leave the phone on stand by all day, and don't actually use it, it still needs to be charged every day! Our last phone could be on stand by for a week, before it needed charging... If The battery life was better I would give it 5 stars.

Became jammed just after one month and could not move from opening screen. Also chewed up prepaid. Went to Telstra who tell me needs to be sent away for minimum of 2 weeks and up to 6 weeks. It may cost $150 to fix if any "user" problems identified. Will not contact you first. Would not buy again

Bought this phone very recently, the touch screen stopped working within a week. I have taken it back to a Telstra shop to be replaced and now they are telling me it has to be sent away to be looked at by a technician plus $50. I have taken the phone home. Wasted $99 and disappointed with Telstra service.

I recently bought the phone and found the battery life was really bad, it only lasted 3 quaters of a day if that. other than that it works really well. and yes downloading and the internet does chew your credit away really fast.

i am sending this from the smart touch. ok phone but dosent feel right, the battery percentage thing is a pain to find and keeps going into 3g not wifi, the screne brightness overcomes the bright glare but slurps up the battery. it is good for the money you pay but nothing more.

was impressed with phone to start with, now not at all. problem started with the error message saying that the SD card is already installed, coming up every 5 seconds, with an alert sound (so I had to have phone on silent all the time....). took to the shop and they fiddled around with it and told me it was fixed but wasnt - took it back and got a replacement.. now does the same thing on this new phone and has just started turning off mid call. very frustrating. also agree about it using ALOT of credit on the web. am taking phone back tomorrow and will not be getting a replacement - too much hassle for what it is worth.

Bought this phone and so far it works better than my LG, is kinda annoying as no-one has a cover for it. This mobile shops don't have them because telstra won't sell it to them and telstra don't sell them because they are pre-paid.

Overall not too bad. I bought it as an interim phone between jobs anyhow so hopefully have a nice new iPhone 5 when I finally secure a full time job. It plays up too much and touchscreen is $h1t but access to all your favs including Gmail, FB, etc. are all good. THat was main reason I bought it rather than a better actual phone. For $100 it is pretty good value even with the faults.

I bought 4 of these for the family...BIG mistake. 1 came without battery, 2nd screen wouldn't respond, 3rd became redhot to touch after only 2 hours charging..4th just starting to heat up now. I have only owned them for a couple of months.

like this phone alot, BUT be carefull, i don't know if you guys have had the same problem but mine had dust under the screen after 3 weeks, so i claimed it under warranty to get it fixed, but i found some more dust about 5 weeks after i had it fixed and i can no longer claim the dust, as it has been fixed before...

My daughter bought this phone with good intention about 6 months ago and it has done nothing but disappoint. Not that we were expecting a state of the art phone for $100 but this phone goes beyond a joke. It is like a bottomless money pit. It chews throught the credit like no bodies business as it automatically logs into the internet by itself. It now is sluggish and un responsive. My daughter is very careful with her phones so it is not through neglegtful use. I would save my money and not even give this phone a second thought.

i got this phone about 2.5 months ago and i love it.
really good quality for the price.
the only thing i do not like about it though is the camera, it takes ages to take a photo and you have to keep the phone really still for it to focus. it is really well laid out and other than the camera i have no problems with it what so ever.

I really enjoy this phone but I have been having alot of trouble with it money wise. I find that it chews my credit up and charges me to turn the wireless on. I am not sure if this is normal but I would like to hear back about if anyone else had this problem. Overall I think that this is a great first phone but it can get frustrating at times when I find out that it has chewed up $20 in one day.

Since it was recommended by a very zealous salesman at JB Hifi, I trusted him. To only find out when I turned it on , the smart phone made phone calls without my knowledge and really show how smart it is. Now am paying for phone calls I did not do. But registered as calls on people I did not even know. Leave message on my husband mobile sign out as Paul.??not my name.

Dont like the fact that there are so many internet apps and that it cost you to look at the wallpapers. I have $20 dollars of credit and now i onjly have 2 cent from looking at wall paper. Not wroth the $99 dollars i paid if i could go back i would.

Been using for a week or so and only reason am not returning to my old Nokia is because of the apps. It has a habit of chiming 2 or 3 times at 4AM and I can't work out why. No alarms are set. It can also chime at other odd times for no apparent reason. I am slowly removing superfluous short cuts. But for the price it is a workable 3G phone.

I can receive Bluetooth off others, and i can send photos, but i cannot send songs, its so frustrating.

purchased to replace phone that went through washer. Dose everything my HTC dose and interfaces with PC easier. Yes the screen is a bit smaller its camera is not the best wouldn't use it for playing games, but thats not what its for..Its a phone/modem for laptop. Considering the price its great. Note my son now has the HTC.

The ringtones are blah but having trouble working out how to use ringtones that I have added to the phone...can't find if I can change the message tone from the limited options as I never hear it :(

Good little phone for basic use. This phoine was purchased for childs 12th birthday. Perfect phone for that age group. Can only get better from here.

Have problems with in car radio answering dealer states its the phone Telstra shop say sorry it must be the phone . I cannot believe that a new Toyota and a new phone cannot work WHY

Bought it today from DickSmith. It looks build to a price and doesn't have a good build quality. The screen is not very responsive, may be that's why the stylus is provided.
However, the big plus is the price point.At this price,it has most of the features of Andriod.
Plus the call quality is good.

this phone is a waste of money definatly not worth 100$ i feel that telstra had rushed into making a cheap android phone and not care about its quality. would definately spend the extra money and buy a proper phone.
