My Benq 2420H suffered a power interuption which somehow reset all the menu options to Chinese. Sent back to Benq under warranty and they repaired it once but the problem promtly resurfaced. Very frustrating. No more Benq's for me as it is not easy to get to the reset all option when in Chinese.
