    As mentioned above, LCD is a tad on the bright side

Very happy with this unit.

Mainly use it to listen to Internet radio and podcasts via an iPod touch. For that sound quality is great.

Having an am radio built in is good as a backup for those occasional times when the Internet connection stops working.

As already mentioned, the LCD is a bit bight, but is not big problem.
