    everything

This product was to say the least terrible. Straight out of the box it had trouble. Didn't want to connect to the internet automatically. I had to provide everything and finally when I got it connected it kept dropping out and reseting completely. It wouldn't just lose internet connection it would drop off line and reset. The longest I remained connected was about 5 mins. I spent several hours on it before packing it up and returning it for a different manufacturers router/modem. It was slow in everyway to setup and you have to be connected to the internet to make any changes which when it keeps dropping out makes it really difficult. Don't buy it go to somewhere else.

  • Pros
    Not this router
  • Cons
    this router

This router is a piece of crap. Its not half as fast as my old belkin g. I went to upgrade because my old router died so I figured I'd be safe in buying another belkin not to mention the fact that I almost paid double for this one over my G. This router is slower, I don't get full bars like I did on my old G and now the thing won't even connect.

If it was stolen I'd be happy cause I'd have an excuse to go spend money on a different brand.

  • Pros
    Sleek, small
  • Cons
    Can't get it to work.

I have set this router up repeatedly. Can't seem to get any laptops to work with it reliably or at all. The laptops work on other wireless networks fine. The laptop that does work gets kicked off the network regularly. The home desktop has to be on for the router to work. Just not good. Now I read that it is slow once it does work. Sure it's user error, but this user can't understand the tech support because of their heavy Indian accent.

  • Pros
    No crashes
  • Cons
    No gigabit

I have one of these, upgraded from a Billion. It's great but I would have loved to have gigabit for fast file transfers.
