This is the WORST laptop EVER. I have never had to struggle more with anything. It literally crashes with almost every program I try to use. It overheats at the drop of a hat. The speakers are awful, they barely produce any sound. And it refuses to connect to half the wireless routers, asking me for a PIN number that doesn't exist. Don't buy this, get something that actually works.
