My Dell exprience is HORRIBLE .

I got my Notebook in 2008 . the first year , I did not use it very much because I was alwase at office an I worked there,,,exactly after 12 mounths , one day I could not turn it on anymore,,,I turned it on, but the screen did not show any thing,,,,all black!
I tried to contact Dell servis in Milan,,,No support of them,,,because they do not even pick up the phone if a system does not have Warranty,,,there was a compicated process to contact them and I could not do that.

I tried many other support to fix my notebook,,,,but when a system do not even turn on nobody could understand the problem,,,,

after 6 mounths when I was trying to show it to a technical man , it came up without any problem,,,

for 6 mounths It worked but It has almost many other software and Adapter problems,,,,since during 6 mounths I twice I changed the adapter.

and then It started to have graphic problems,,,,After for the first time I used continuly photoshop . It could not handle anymore,,,it is died! the icones are very big,,,and it is not possible to change them! as I read people comments about this problem,I found out that this is not a graphic problem and can not be resolved even by changing motherboard,,,,

I hate DELL ! Because when I bought it I tried to buy the best one on that time,,,I paid alot! and I had alwase problem more than any of my friends who have sony-Hp-apple - ...........

I hate Dell because it did not support me never ,,,they do not even open anyway to be contact directly,,,,a complicated system that is not understandable for ordinary people,,,,

I am really un satisfied . Since I do not use personal Notbook too much I can not buy a new one every year! but certainly I will ignore it and I will not advice it to anybody ...

I am really angry,,,,because I have to do my thesis,,,I need notebook,,,and I don't have money to buy a new one,,,,

    Good for people who want to just get their work done.

    Not good for Gaming

I've owned this laptop for approximately 1.5 years, and as far as I can tell this laptop is really worth the money if you are someone who has lots of work to do and don't have time for games. This can do anything that is related to work, but when it comes to gaming it isn't that great. Some time the computer Lags and tends to heat up very quickly during gaming. In concerns to how reliable it is - everything still works for me.
