The screen is not bright at all as Panasonic has claimed.
In fact you wouldn't be able to see a thing in day lights, even in the shade.
The worst, the customer services, would not reply to my emails.... It has been more than a year several emails, inquired if there would be any updatable brighter screens available...I am yet to get a response from them. What a rip-off.... With three and a half grand dollars for a less useful neither a note book nor a pad.

Heat cracked the screen. So much for a Toughbook. I had a Lenovo for 8 years and I never had any problem. Panasonic should continue to sell TV and let IBM sell Computers,
