I have had this product for just about 10 years now and I have not had a issue with it thus far. Yea its starting to get a little slow now.. but thats after all this time of continous use. I think the laptop is great for home or office. But as for a portable laptop, this is a bit bulky/heavy to take with you everywhere.

Great piece of equipment. It has been very good to me over the years and I like the screen it is very big and clear. I stll watch videos of my kids on it.
