Renewed via the internet and received info and copy of invoice. However, two of us have worked for a total of four hours trying to install. Get error message. Clicking on Customer Service asks for info we don't have. Anybody know how I can cancel and get a refund?

confusing, annoying, and complicated to download for the average user. I decided to get the paid for version for the 24/7 phone support, "helpful" support on the phone takes an unprecedented amount of time and ended with downloading unneeded, and unusable programs on my pc with a hard sale to get those programs activated. now I have an unactivated and unusable support dock that reminds me to "activate" every time I turn on my computer. I will NEVER get another AVG or iYogi product. Buyers BEWARE! - ya and if anyone knows how to get a refund I would really like to know...
