Do not buy this piece of junk. I've wasted so much time on this machine! It simply has a horrible feed for letters and single sheets. It does not pull in letters unless I jiggle the paper and ever-so-gently feed it, but mostly it jams. Then the machine requires the user to pull out the toner cartridges and go through a self-check before it says READY (to print), but it's really not. It "jams" again; the cycle continues. It's awful. Spend your money and Time on another machine.
