Not a very user friendly printer, no software supplied with printer for interface with scanner.
Browser setup for scanner very difficult to use, no much information instruction supplied how to setup (unless you can read Japanese) anything.
Very disappointing printer for the everyday user.

I agreed with Mick. Not a user friendly printer. Such a huge heavy printer and do not do duplex printing.
Been facing lots of problem with printing function (multiple errors). Very frustrating and disappointing!!
