Terrible. We had nothing but problems from the first go. It NEVER scanned at all, not even once despite repeated re-installs. Getting it to link to the computer was a nightmare. Dell replaced the insides after we complained. Still didn't scan. It now resides among the ferns in the front garden. RIP Dell!!

If you're thinking about buying this disaster of a printer/scanner...STOP! Punch your self in the face, then throw your self down the stairs....That would be better than dealing with the constant jamming and slow printing of this high price turd. The only positive was the day I got to "Office Space" this thing and fill it full of bullets......Never again!!!
