I had on for a year - then the yellow ink started leaking out of the bottom, Epson sent a replacement and the yellow ink wouldn't work, they sent another replacement, same issue, they sent a third one and the gears on the duplex popped off - I won't buy another Eposn prodcut as they have very poor quality control

Excellent printer. This is the best, and most economic printer I've owned in years. We've had this model for about one full year, and use it on a very regular basis for homeschooling.

I bought this printer over the weekend. I got a fantastic price and it is an awesome printer! It was easy to set up the wireless and also has eprint capability. The only thing I had issues with had to do with one of the the ink catridges not being recognised straight away. It kept asking me to make sure the cartridge was correctly seated, and it was already. Finally sorted it out and now am very happy.

I bought an Artison 730 and have been having trouble setting up wi-fi connection to my computer. I have called in twice to solve this problem but they are quick to give you a solution and put down the phone. The second time I called for technical help, he promised to email me instructions and it didn't come through. When I tried calling back (and this is 2.30pm Perth time mind you), the call centre was closed! Ridiculous.

I bought a WP4530. Two months in, the LCD died and they replaced the panel under warranty. It's now 6 months later, and ink has leaked all over my 50 year old mahogany desk which does not come out. It's soaked in.
When it worked it was average. Document printing is fine, but the photo quality was always dodgy at best. Color reproduction in photos is below average imho.
The unit is now standing in my garage until I can get a chance to go and dump it. A waste of AU$300+. Learn from my mistake and stay clear.
