We've had our Xerox 8560 MFP for 2 monts and it is batting .500 on availability. Services has been less than eager or successful. Looks like a BMW but so far drives like an old tractor!

    too big!!

Had the Phaser 8560MFP for over 3 years now, tried cheaper laser printers before, they did not last and were expensive to run. The Xerox ink blocks are brilliant, no smudges, lines, runs, leaves a thin layer of wax on the page adds to the quality image.
