Had it for a year now & had the service guy out about 5 times. It didn't like PDF files & when he fixed that (took three tries & three nonths) he screwed up the network. Then the scanning function died. He tried fixing that but needed parts, but broke the printing function while he was here. So we were without printing or scanning until the parts arrived. Now the Adelaide office no longer stocks the toner. This is without doubt the worst business decision I have ever made.
