Pros
Easy Setup, Small size, Network and Power Redundancy. Good for remote management, good mail notification.
Cons
Lack of RAID0 - disk stripe support.

I really need to set RAID0, because i need space and speed, not security. It was very curious for me that server disks cannot be configured in raid0. I really miss that functionality.
