I have purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 but am having trouble installing it. It keeps telling me Error 1311 Source file not found : E:\ Adobe Photoshop Elements 9\Data 1.cab. Verify file exists and you can access it. Does anyone else hve thisproblem? If so can someone please help. I am running Windows Vista and have ample space fo installation
