RGS-Avancesoft's CardMaster offers all the basic tools you need for contact management, including easy searching and sorting, the ability to attach photos and notes to contacts, and simple printing.
You can also export all of your contacts to a variety of formats with CardMaster.
CardMaster also integrates with your default e-mail program so that if you're viewing a contact and want to send e-mail to him or her, you can just click the e-mail button to launch your mail client, with the "To" field properly filled in.
