This thing will block web pages that you trust and give you no valid way to access those pages - Even their "help file" instructions do not work.

Unfortunately I will have to uninstall and refund in order to get something that will allow me to get my work done.

    Any other Antivirus Software.

    WEBROOT.

Webroot has failed me no end, it has allowed all kinds of Malware onto my PC from the word go. Their helpline is anything but, they ramble on how to remove it but it doesn't work. Whatever you do never put your photo's onto their online backup account, they will lose them all and they will never be recovered.
