I am at work and the receipt is at home. bought from JB Hi Fi approx 2 months ago and asked for a replacement. They have none and asked me to contact you direct. I tried but, couldn't go any further as I didn't have the receipt. It does not charge and has never worked properly but, the keyboard feels great. Please contact me - I would love an exchange - if it operates as it should. Thanks
