when you need to replace the charger for this tab it is likely that your tab is stuffed up and not the charger as the pin inside the charger slot can become unstable very easy! this is very annoying when trying to charge as you must put it in the right angle and yes i bought a new charger and same thing i had to put it at a certan angle

When I read smashing comments here I really surprised. This little monster is one of the best 7 inch + 3G tablets on the market. It is a phone. Considering the price and specifications together, it is maybe the best.. I am using S7 as my main phone now. Much better than iPhone imho..

Mine has Android 2.2, flash and everthing else work flawlessly. There is absolutely no lag between screens and not clunky during application usage at all. I am not sure people are having difficulties but mine works perfect although it is full of programs & games now (only 3.5mb space left on internal disk).

The main minus about this unit is the battery life. If you actively use internet, checking mails, playing games, etc. you are in trouble because battery drains in about 2 hours if you constanly use 3G and/or wireless connection. Also the screen resolution is 800x480.

this is the worst tablet imaginable! speaker sucks, touch screen itself is horrible and extreamly laggy and the fact that it doesnt have a stock android look and feel to it is a compelte failure.

i got one today for a swap. it came with a dodgy charger as im ithe 3rd owner, got it because my wireless is Telstra and the previous owner couldnt use all the apps and programs on them because his internet was different. im trying to look for a dock for it, but he said he could never find one which i dont believe, trying to look for the original charger for it as well, the one i've got is dodgy but it charges it, so if anyone has any ideas please let me know!! Not rating or saying whats hot and not because im still figuring it all out.. :-) cheers x

Just paid $129 for one of these in The God Guys in Castle Hill. Cost another $27 for a 16GB micro SD at Parklea Markets and for this kind of cost, it is an amazing buy. Agrre with the screen it is not brilliant, but hey you pay more for the glass if you drop your iPhone! On a scale of 0 to 5 I'd give it 2.5 normally, but for $129 inc gst it's got to be an 4. I'll be using this instead of my netbook most of the time from now on for business travel.

Cons

I use my t-tab mainly as a kindle for android ebook reader and I love it. I nearly bought a kindle and then found out you need a booklight as weel. The t-tab's brightness is easily adjusted, and pages can be turned either by pressing the top buttons, or toughing the side of the screen. Then I can also use it as a phone and internet very comfortably. This is really good value in my opinion. I like the stylus touch better than the HTC phone touch, as I find my fingernail easier to toch with.

Only if you buy one of these bricks will you understand how totally un-user-friendly these heavy block things are.
e.a.
using the touch pad skips to other functions.
the battery life is the shortest i have ever come across.
you are not able to fully turn it off
you have to take the battery out before driving a car.

on the plus side

they make a really great illuminated paper weight come alarm clock

STYLISTIC Q702

First impression on unpacking the Q702 test unit was the solid feel and clean, minimalist styling.

STYLISTIC Q572

For work use, Microsoft Word and Excel programs pre-installed on the device are adequate for preparing short documents.

LIFEBOOK UH574

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

STYLISTIC Q702

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

Simon Harriott

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
