- — 27 September, 2010 14:36
The PlayStation 3 might be the youngest of the current-gen consoles, but that hasn't affected its games library. In fact, its range of exclusive titles arguably trumps the Wii and Xbox 360 combined. Killzone 2, Resistance, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, LittleBigPlanet, Metal Gear Solid IV, Heavy Rain -- the list goes on and on. In the following article, we've highlighted the Top 20 PlayStation 3 games so far, with links to our original reviews. If you're new to the PS3 fold, these are the games that you absolutely must play.
7 / 20
Bigger, badder and better than the first, Resistance 2 improves upon the formula set by its predecessor in almost every way. Unfortunately, a handful of minor issues, such as less than stellar graphics, keep this game from reaching the high bar set by competing titles like Call of Duty 4 and Gears of War 2. Still, with its interesting single-player campaign and robust online component, Resistance 2 has plenty to offer any PS3 owner looking for a quick and easy shooter fix.
