2011 has been a massive year for tablets, helped along by the debut of Apple's iPad 2. However despite the year fast approaching its end, there is still plenty of tablets to come in 2011: the most anticipated are Sony's late-arriving Tablet S and Tablet P duo, and Samsung's eagerly awaited Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 7.7.

The Eee Pad Slider may have a built-in keyboard but the trade-offs come in the form of an awkward size and heavy weight. If you really want an Android tablet with a keyboard, give the Eee Pad Slider a miss and take a look at the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer instead.
