Best iPad alternatives

Are you in the market for a new tablet that's not an iPad? It may seem like Apple's the only player in this space but that's certainly not true.
Although most other tablets aren't as popular as the iPad, there are plenty of valid alternatives. Whether it's Google's excellent Nexus 7 for a compact alternative, or the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity for a notebook style experience, here are the best tablets on the market without an Apple logo.

When you combine the Nexus 7's low price with its excellent performance, it's easy to see why it represents such outstanding value. The Nexus 7 stacks up superbly against rival devices that command a price tag well above its $249-$299 asking price. The lack of removable storage and some other minor quirks are downsides, but this is one of the best Android tablets on the market.

While the iPad is the best tablet available at this time, It is hardly cheap. Fortunately there are other tablets for under 2 hundred dollars. http://www.whomakesthebest.net/alternatives-to-the-ipad-for-under-200-dollars/126
