Dell's OptiPlex 760 desktop PC provides plenty of power but lacks the ease of maintenance that other small form factor PCs offer. Better graphics options would improve its performance.

Lenovo's ThinkCentre M58p Small Form Factor PC is faster than the M57 it replaces, and it consumes less power. It's a great little PC for corporations or small businesses that are looking to roll out new desktops.

RRP: $6444.00
There is still room for improvement on the Dell Precision T3500 workstation desktop PC, but in terms of the raw power it delivers great performance. Configuration options are plentiful, and there is generous room for expansion.
Review Date: 05-MAY-2009
RRP: $1299.00
The Lenovo ThinkCentre A62 is a powerful business PC with a reasonable price tag, but we weren't thrilled by the drive caddy system and the amount of preloaded software.

RRP: $899.00
Offices will find the Compaq dc5850's small form factor and low power consumption appealing, and it has a decent price tag for a business PC. In addition, its case makes maintenance easy.

There's no doubt the Dell Optiplex 960 is quick, and that its small size and quiet operation make it an ideal unit for a cubicle environment, but it does cost a lot of money.
Review Date: 28-OCT-2008
RRP: $1349.00
While it's not perfect, NEC's Powermate S7000-003 is a capable machine for the office that undertakes basic, everyday tasks.
Review Date: 20-OCT-2008
RRP: $1499.00
This is a relatively simple PC, which has been designed to be as power-efficient as possible. For the most part, it consumes well under 100W of electricity, even under a full load, yet it's definitely not a slow coach. It's suited to large PC roll-outs for schools and government departments, and also for any office where employees forget to switch off their PCs before leaving for the day.
Review Date: 04-AUG-2008
RRP: $1890.00
This PC is worthy of consideration if you want something zippy and good-looking, not to mention easy to maintain and upgrade, for the office.
Review Date: 23-JUL-2008
RRP: $999.00
The HP DX2710_03 (FH071PA) is a very capable business PC that is stylish enough to suit any home environment. Featuring a very effective processor, a wide array of expandability options and a sub-$1000 price tag, its only let-downs are the relatively small hard drive and the lack of DVI outputs.
Review Date: 10-JUL-2008
RRP: $999.00
This business PC has an enticing price tag and is useful for multitasking, but it needs much better graphics capabilities.
