It's obvious after my limited play time that Splash Damage did a bang up job of crafting a fun and addictive team-based FPS experience. I feel like I just barely scratched the surface and can't wait to dig down deeper into what the game truly has to offer. I really do hope that a lot of players buy the game and hop online, if only so I can be guaranteed a steady stream of opponents to play against.

To call it Call of Duty 4 with a World War II skin is insulting to Treyarch because World at War is so much more than that. It's a great follow up to Modern Warfare and proves that World War II is still a viscerally charged conflict to live through. The single-player campaign is a tad short and it isn't as polished as Modern Warfare's but the action is intense, there are plenty of thrills and the multiplayer looks like it will be just as awesome. I'm especially looking forward to the Nazi Zombies mode.

Though it has flaws, Sacred 2 has more than enough personality to make it a solid action RPG.

An often overlooked action title, Dark Sector may have found its niche as a more appropriately priced PC title, but that doesn't help repetitive gameplay and wonky level design.

The Witcher is an extremely fun game with the nasty habit of succumbing to narcolepsy at the most inappropriate moments.

What to make of Bus Simulator 2008? Whether you're after simulation, tycoon based management, or simply a different type of game from that that you are used to playing, I urge you to look elsewhere.

Some may be disappointed that this isn't a 'true' sequel, and others will lament how the new areas don't fuse with the current world, but the bottom line is simple: no WoW player will be disappointed with this expansion. Get it now!

War Front: Turning Point has added itself to an already bloated genre, but has developed its own little niche by following the lead of the Red Alert series — packaging alternative-history with some quirky units. The result is a game that has enough personality to stand above the crowd, at least until its audience tires of its regurgitated gameplay mechanics.

If you are into LOTR, you'll probably find this a more engaging experience than other fantasy MMOs because of the meatiness of Tolkien's Middle Earth. As an MMORPG, it's pretty hard to fault.

Dyson is a much simpler game than Warcraft or Command and Conquer, but it does not lack for replayability, and it is being actively developed with new features. Gameplay is quick, making Dyson a perfect "lunch hour" game.

Spore is a good game held back from greatness by a few flaws and gameplay mechanics that won't appeal to everyone. But there is plenty to like about the game and if you dig its particular style of open-ended gameplay, you'll definitely enjoy yourself.

Societies is interesting enough if you're just looking for a casual bit of click and drag but if you're looking for the sense of depth and complexity that made the previous SimCity titles so memorable, you might find yourself feeling disappointed.

Crysis is an enticing adventure all the way through to the end. It's a worthy follow-up to the excellent Far Cry and a great step forward for PC gaming as a whole.

Command & Conquer 3 is a welcome return of the C&C brand and a fitting conclusion to the Tiberium trilogy. One of the finest RTS games to date.
