Linguatec Personal Translator 2008 is well-featured and capable of working smoothly with Web-pages, documents and PDF files. But even in a program this good we think the translation facilities need a lot of work. Serial translators will find the Linguatec software their best bet. They should, however, be prepared to do rather a lot of extra translation of their own.
