Lounge Lizard Ladies: the women of Leisure Suit Larry

An exhaustive gallery of Leisure Suit Larry’s bevy of bodacious beauties: from 1987 to the present.

Leisure Suit Larry III: Passionate Patti in Pursuit of the Pulsating Pectorals

The third game in the series added some additional feminine spice to the formula via the introduction of Passionate Patti. In the latter half of the adventure, players take on the role of Patti, who has fallen hopelessly (and implausibly) in love with Larry Laffer. It lead to an interesting role reversal, with the (mostly male) audience attempting to woo the 'man' of their dreams. It could almost be said that Leisure Suit Larry III furthered gender equality in gaming — if it wasn't for the fact that Patti kept losing her clothes.

Box blurb: ”Are you a smooth, suave, single guy on the make, or maybe you fancy yourself the sleek, sexy femme fatale? Whoever you are, get ready for a look at the other side of life. In Sierra's latest 3-D adventure, Lesiure Suit Larry III: Passionate Patti in Pursuit of the Pulsating Pectorals, you're BOTH!”

LIFEBOOK UH574

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
