Canon's PowerShot A480 — a 10-megapixel compact digital camera with a 3.2x zoom lens — was already cheap when we first reviewed it back in February, but it's now $31 if you purchase it from Digital Camera Warehouse. It can produce excellent photos despite its somewhat awkward design and small stature. We think it's a great choice for anyone who doesn't want to spend over $150 on a compact digital camera.
