The best is yet to come: The 10 most anticipated games of 2011

Sure some great titles have already been released this year, but we think some of the best games of 2011 are yet to hit store shelves

Star Wars: The Old Republic



The only MMO to make our list, Star Wars: The Old Republic looks to be the best thing to happen to George Lucas' universe since Star Wars Galaxies. Okay, not a good comparison given that Sony Online Entertainment's Star Wars Galaxies left a sour taste in the mouths of some, particularly after the NGE update. However, Knights of the Old Republic and KotOR II: The Sith Lords were both great games (although admittedly the latter suffered from serious flaws), and we're looking forward to seeing what BioWare manages to come up with. The Old Republic is expected to launch "this year after the close of EA's fiscal 2011 (which ends March 31st, 2011)".
