In pictures: Samsung Galaxy S III

Samsung's Galaxy S III smartphone is the company's flagship Android phone of 2012.

Despite a 4.8in screen that is 22 per cent larger than its Galaxy S II predecessor, the Galaxy S III is only 16 per cent bigger and weighs just 133g. It will come in "marble white" and "pebble blue" colours, though the rumoured ceramic design did not come to fruition — the Galaxy S III has a largely plastic build.
