Bob Muglia When CEO Steve Ballmer wanted to speed up growth in Microsoft’s Server and Tools Business in 2011, he let go then-president of the business Bob Muglia, who had been running the $14.9 billion (at the time) division for more than three years. He moved on to Juniper, where he is vice president of software strategy and reports directly to CEO Kevin Johnson, for whom he once worked at Microsoft.
