Reviews: Sony Ericsson Aino mobile phone
Boasting the ability to control and access multimedia content wirelessly from a PlayStation 3 console, Sony Ericsson's Aino mobile phone also features a 3-inch touch screen, Wi-Fi and an 8-megapixel camera. Unfortunately, a top heavy design, the touch screen’s a perplexing limitations and a frustrating implementation of the Remote Play feature make the Aino difficult to recommend.

Reviews: Panasonic TH-P50G15A plasma television
The Panasonic TH-P50G15A is a well-designed, 50in plasma television offering great picture quality, but its access to Internet sites including YouTube, Picassa and Bloomberg’s stock, business and weather reports wasn't as groundbreaking as we’d anticipated. Nonetheless it remains a good quality plasma television for the right buyer.

Reviews: HP Envy 13 notebook
HP's Envy 13 is a 13.1in notebook with an Intel Core 2 Duo L9600 CPU and 3GB of DDR3 RAM that runs the 64-bit version of Windows 7. It's designed specifically for users who want something stylish, well built, and fast yet small. But it's hardly good value.

Reviews: NDrive Australia iPhone app
The fifth Australian turn-by-turn GPS application to be available from Apple's App Store, NDrive Australia aims to please iPhone users with detailed maps and a straightforward user interface. Unfortunately, its lack of features and a sub-par interface means it fails to impress.

Reviews: Pinnacle Studio HD 14
Unlike Adobe Premiere Elements, Pinnacle is more rooted in traditional video editing methods used to produce professional-quality movies. Pinnacle offers deeper features for import, customisation, and export that will likely make it significantly more difficult for the novice to learn and use, but its free online tutorials are excellent at getting you jump-started.
Reviews: Sony Reader Touch Edition (PRS-600)
With the addition of ePub support, the Sony Reader Touch Edition shapes up as a formidable competitor to Amazon's Kindle for those who want a sturdier and more elegant reader.

Reviews: Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes
If there's one gaming area where the DS's technology lends itself well, it's the puzzle genre. Due to Nintendo's touch-sensitive handheld, the genre has seen a massive resurgence, and no longer are gamers exclusively forced to listen to a Russian folk tune while spinning various blocks if they want to puzzle-it-up. However, gamers can only manipulate colored forms for so long before they start craving some action, and it's with that notion that Ubisoft created Clash of Heroes.

Reviews: Deca Sports 2
More of a tech demo than a fully finished sports simulation compilation, reviewer Aaron Koehn saw Hudson's Deca Sports 2 as an excuse for the publisher to make a quick buck on the back of Nintendo's insanely popular Wii Sports franchise. Still, if you're a hardcore petanque player, where else are you going to get your fix?

Reviews: MagnaCarta 2
As much as Japanese RPGs get flack for their regurgitation of similar themes and design elements, there's an underlying appeal to the genre that continues to draw ardent fans. MagnaCarta 2, despite its Korean origin, is very Japanese in style. And while it re-uses many of the genre's familiar tropes, they're all utilised well -- which makes all the difference.

Reviews: Infocus IN1503 business projector
The InFocus IN1503 is a business DLP projector with a widescreen 1280x800 resolution, a 1800:1 contrast ratio and a 3000 lumen ANSI brightness rating. It performs exceptionally well in dark and bright rooms for business presentations — displaying crisp and clean images — and in a pinch it can also be used for some reasonably high quality movie watching.

Reviews: Virgin Mobile Wi-Fi Modem
Virgin Mobile's battery-powered Wi-Fi Modem allows up to three devices to connect to it wirelessly for shared mobile broadband access. The flaky Optus network may be an issue for some, but this is still a very nifty device that's convenient and portable.

Reviews: Canon PIXMA MP490 inkjet multifunction
Canon's entry-level PIXMA MP490 inkjet multifunction lacks the small luxuries of its more expensive counterparts, like an Easy Scroll Wheel, PictBridge USB port and CD/DVD printing. For the price, however, we can't complain; as a basic printer, scanner and copier, the PIXMA MP490 will do the job well.
