These are the top rated monitors we've reviewed in the year leading up to August 2011.
1. Eizo ColorEdge CG303W LCD monitor
Eizo's ColorEdge CG303W is, quite possibly, the best monitor an artist or designer could hope for. It combines a superb panel, incredibly accurate colour output, and well-conceived controls supported by great software.

2. ViewSonic VX2753mh-LED monitor
ViewSonic's 27in VX2753mh-LED is a 1080p computer monitor with two HDMI inputs. It's got a good picture for a reasonably cheap panel, and its flaws aren't particularly bad. We'd consider it if we wanted to buy a large computer monitor.
