Whether you're preparing training documents or just want to insert a picture of a Web site from your browser, capturing program screens and using them in Word documents is a lot easier than you might expect.
The trick described below works in all versions of Windows and Word (from 6 through 2000). Note that it will make your Word documents significantly larger because of OLE, the technology Windows uses as "glue" to paste images from the clipboard to a document.
