Atari makes fix for T3 game available

Atari claims sales of its new PC game Terminator 3: War of the Machines are back to normal after a hiccup which saw the game shipped without CD keys, meaning customers couldn’t install or play the game.

Atari last week suspended shipments of the game, which was released on December 9, while the game’s US-based developers rectified the problem.

The company has begun sending the keys to retailers, according to an Atari spokeswoman. They will come in the form of a disc or piece of paper which can be included with the game, she said.

Customers who have already purchased T3 can call a toll-free number to receive their key. The toll-free customer service number is 1800 060 605. Customers will need to quote their receipt number or fax the receipt to Atari.
