WebEx honours innovative customers at user conference

<p><i>Boeing receives first Customer of the Year Award at San Francisco ceremony</i></p>
<p>Melbourne - 15 March 2004 - WebEx Communications, the web communications services leader, closed its first user conference by honouring its top customers in a high-energy awards ceremony. The winning companies were chosen from WebEx's 8,500 customers internationally, and selections were based on commitment, creativity, innovation and return on investment (ROI).</p>
<p>The Boeing Company won WebEx's Customer of the Year award. Boeing has had record-breaking adoption of WebEx services, and has been actively involved in the testing and development of new services and network enhancements.</p>
<p>Timberline, a Best Software company, won the award for Most Innovative Deployment for its creative use of WebEx's record and playback capabilities.</p>
<p>Janssen-Ortho won the award for Most Creative Adoption Program for its use of internal competitions to increase WebEx usage and registered hosts.</p>
<p>ARAMARK won the award for Most Compelling ROI award. ARAMARK consistently sees triple digit ROI from its WebEx service.</p>
