Australian Match.com Claims Top Spot

<p>Sydney, 7 April 04 - According to recently released data from independent measurement firm comScore Media Metrix1, Match.com drew more Australian visitors than any other site in the Personals category, with 1.4 million unique visitors in February. Match.com operates in Australia through www.au.match.com and its partners NineMSN, Optusnet, BlueSkyFrog and Altavista.</p>
<p>The results are part of comScore's global measurement of Web properties, which ranks Match.com as the world's largest dating and personals property. Match.com has members in 246 countries and territories worldwide, across six continents, using more than 30 unique Match.com sites in 18 different languages. The sites, which include udate.com, had 26.2 million unique visitors in February 2004, more than twice as many as its nearest rival.</p>

We already have the Guinness World Record for the world's biggest online dating service and we are delighted to see that this has now been validated in Australia by comScore's ranking of the Personals category.</p>
<p>Match.com sites also appear at number thirty-six in comScore's global ranking of ALL web properties and is the only dating and personals property to appear in the top one hundred.</p>
