FalconStor Software Joins EMC NAS Partner Program

<p>Sydney, Australia - April 14, 2005—Continuing in its efforts to expand the interoperability of its solutions, FalconStor Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: FALC), a leading developer of network storage software, today announced it has joined the EMC NAS Partner Program. As a result, customers seeking to deploy an iSCSI storage area network (SAN) or add an iSCSI network attached storage (NAS) gateway to an existing SAN can do so with assurances of mutual support from both EMC and FalconStor.</p>
<p>The award-winning FalconStor iSCSI Storage Server for Microsoft Windows Storage Server 2003 (WSS2003) software will enable customers using the EMC NetWin 110 and EMC NetWin 200 system, to deploy them in iSCSI environments. By using the same Windows-based GUI, the iSCSI Storage Server can typically be installed in less than 10 minutes.</p>
<p>The FalconStor iSCSI Storage Server configurations with EMC NetWin Models 110 or 200 also have successfully completed the Microsoft Designed for Windows Hardware Compatibility Tests for iSCSI devices, further strengthening FalconStor’s support of Microsoft solutions and technology. FalconStor’s iSCSI Storage Server has been and continues to be deployed by organizations throughout the world supporting business-critical Exchange and SQL environments.</p>
