Interactive Telecoms wins Brightpoint’s $88,000 Landrover/boat promotion

<p>St Leonards-based Interactive Telecoms Pty Ltd was the lucky winner of the Brightpoint leisure package of a Landrover Discovery 3S Wagon 4.0L V6 Automatic and the perfect accessory, a Sea Ray 180 sport boat and trailer. The prize is worth more than $88,000.</p>
<p>“We already have a strong market for Brightpoint products so it was relatively easy for us to order additional product, sell it quickly to our customers and benefit from generous profit margins we enjoy from our relationship with Brightpoint,” said Kingsley, Managing Director of Interactive Telecoms. “The fact that we happened to win such an impressive prize has given us even more incentive to participate in future Brightpoint promotions.”</p>
<p>“The commitment of our resellers to promote Brightpoint products was evident,” said Ettore Alterisio, Brightpoint’s Manager, Product Marketing. “We received thousands of entries over the five weeks of the promotion and generated over 20% growth in sales.</p>
<p>The promotion ran between July 26 and August 5 and all Brightpoint resellers were eligible to go in the draw for the major prize. They also had the opportunity to win a weekly prize of either a Caltex $500 fuel voucher or a $500 Escape travel voucher. Participation was easy – by purchasing any Brightpoint product/s to the value of $500 or more ‘Brightponts’ were accumulated. One Brightpoint equated to one entry in the promotion.</p>
<p>Winners of the $500 Caltex fuel vouchers were: Dick Smith (wholesale) Pty Ltd, Organiser World Pty Ltd, Handhelds Online Pty Ltd, Digicall Australia Pty Ltd, Ballarat Mobile Phones Pty Ltd.</p>
<p>Winners of the $500 Escape Travel vouchers were: Fone Zone Pty Ltd, Pracam Outsourced Services Pty Ltd, CBD Deluxe Communications, Mobile Plus SIM and JV Hi Fi Mobile Phone Special.</p>
