NetComm Expands Channel Team

<p>NetComm, a leading Australian provider of communications products and solutions, has announced the expansion of its channel team with the appointment of Ivo Leombruni and Leigh Jewiss as Channel Business Development Managers. Both Ivo and Leigh will focus on servicing NetComm’s expanding retail presence.</p>
<p>Ivo, a retail specialist, joins NetComm as Channel Business Development Manager to service its growing retail partners within the Victorian region. Prior to NetComm, Ivo spent over eight years in various sales and support roles with Palm – with his most recent position managing the vendor’s Southern region for distribution, retail, reseller and corporate markets.</p>
<p>Leigh will service NetComm’s increasing retail presence in the New South Wales region. Prior to NetComm, Leigh worked at RIM (Blackberry) and has over eight years channel management experience with Palm. In his role with Palm, Leigh managed relationships with many of the mass merchant retailers including Harvey Norman, Dick Smith Electronics and Harris Technology. He also has extensive experience dealing with distributors, resellers and corporate customers.</p>
<p>These appointments are part of NetComm’s continuing focus in supporting the Australian mass merchant retail channel, and further strengthen its commitment to the broadband and IP markets.</p>
