• 24 April, 2007 15:47

Legion Interactive, Australia’s leading provider of personalised digital communications services, has boosted its sales and account service team with the appointment of Tony Kenna. This is effective immediately.

In this role, Tony will be responsible for managing the national sales and account service teams based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. “I plan to concentrate on revenue and client focused solutions”, said Tony. “While working closely with the Legion team, we will endeavour to provide marketing and communications strategies that further enhance client requirements creating desired results.”

Prior to accepting this position at Legion, Tony worked at MCn, the advertising and sales arm for FOXTEL as their Sydney Sales Director. In that role he was involved in the introduction of interactive advertising and provided consistent growth within this developing medium.

“We welcome Tony as part of the Legion team. He brings with him over a decade of media sales and relationship experience where he has successfully provided marketing solutions for a broad range of clients,” said Duncan Murray, CEO Legion Interactive. “As traditional media continues to fragment and digital and mobile phone communications solutions continue to grow at an almost exponential speed, a digital literate National Sales Director with broad account service skills will be of the utmost value.

Executive Chairman, David Burden said that Tony has a proven ability of direction and leadership for large sales teams, ensuring they remain focussed and motivated. Also, he has experience in developing and implementing short-term tactics and long-term strategies to ensure targets are met and exceeded.”

Commencing in 1997, Tony worked for seven years at Austereo most recently as General Manager of Austereo’s “The Freq Club”, one of Australia’s first and most successful listener loyalty programs.

It’s easy to set up, it’s compact and quiet when printing and to top if off, the print quality is excellent. This is hands down the best printer I’ve used for printing labels.
