F-Secure Partners With India’s Largest Private ISP To Offer A Secure Broadband Experience To Consumers

<p>F-Secure Corporation announced a partnership with Airtel Broadband & Telephone Services (B&TS), India's largest private broadband and telephone service provider, to provide data security to the company's broadband subscribers across the country. Under the agreement, Airtel will offer its broadband customers F-Secure's award winning security solutions through the Airtel PC Secure service. The service offers clients a very high level of security, including proactive protection through F-Secure's unique DeepGuard technology, parental control as well as protection from all of today's most common data security threats including phishing, viruses, spyware, malware and Trojans - all integrated into one easy-to-use and automatically updated package.</p>
<p>F-Secure's value added service will be integrated into the monthly Internet subscription in a phased manner. In the first phase the Airtel PC Secure service will be immediately offered to Airtel broadband home users. The service for business users will be available later. The Airtel PC Secure features can be made available to Airtel broadband customers by subscribing to the Airtel PC Secure service at an annual subscription charge.</p>
