The decision to amalgamate four leading IT solutions companies in Australia and New Zealand earlier this year, forming one Trans Tasman service organization, has paid off big time for Enabling who have been named Sage Business Solutions Partner of the Year.

Enabling won awards in four categories - Sage Accpac ERP and Sage CRM Partner of the Year, Sage Partner of the Year and with the highest revenue, were also recognized as a Master Solution Provider for Sage International.

The four previously independent organizations, Orchid Systems, Online Business Solutions, ACCSoft Australia P/L and Microsoft’s fastest growing New Zealand partner, Enabling Technologies have spent several months “settling in” their 100 plus employees, “but are now a fully integrated operation” according to Chairman Norman Evans.

“The Sage Awards could not have come at a better time,” Mr. Evans said today. “ However to win the double - Sage Partner of the Year which showed our strength across all Sage product lines supported, and also highest revenue clearly demonstrates our success in an inaugural growth year as well as our strength in the mid-tier business software marketplace,” Mr. Evans said.

Enabling’s long client list includes the Best Western Hotel Group; The Anglican Church, the BMD Construction Group; The Family Planning Association (FPA), Energysafe Victoria, Linfox Logistics, Caltex Australia, the Australian Vetinary Association, BMG Music, Sydney’s Bridge Climb and Australia’s biggest union, the CFMEU.

The Trans Tasman group has expertise in many areas and supports a range of integrated business solutions, including Sage – Accpac and Timberline, Microsoft Dynamics – NAV and AX, Greentree and business intelligence tool Applix TM1.

“We also have a number of new products and partnerships we will be announcing very soon,” Mr. Evans said.

“The initial idea of combining the expertise and talents of four of Australia’s and New Zealand’s leading professional services and software providers identified a number of clear advantages – a unique combination which created a collective body to capitalise on shared experience and market opportunities.”

“The Sage awards confirms to the market that we are now a recognised leader in the provision and support of business management applications throughout Australia and New Zealand, especially in the areas of technical and development expertise, solution design and long-term customer service,” Mr. Evans said.

“Our experienced teams are able to quickly identify the right solution to accurately match specific business needs, whether this is a stand alone component of our product suite, or a completely integrated enterprise solution,” Mr. Evans said.

“At Enabling we ensure our solutions are able to evolve and grow over time - ultimately adding value to the way our clients operate.”
