Telstra opened what it is billing as the largest interactive telecommunications store in Australia in Melbourne today.
The shop, Telstra's third T [life] store, follows openings in Sydney and Geelong.
It will feature a range of demonstration mobile phones, live demonstrations of Telstra services, and the ability to seek expert 1-on-1 advice.
The store also features the largest LCD monitor in Australia, a 22 metre by 2.5 metre screen.
More T [life] stores will be opened in Chadstone and Doncster in Victoria later today.
Some have suggested that the T [life] stores are an attempt to combat Apple Store which opened recently in Sydney. The first T [life] store opened was in fact situated very close to Sydney's Apple Store - across the road.
