BlueCentral Ramps Up Its Business With New Hires

<p>Sydney, Australia – 5 August 2008: BlueCentral, Australia’s leading hosting and mobility solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Quaid Peng as Sales and Marketing Director and Daniel Balfour as General Manager – Mobility.</p>
<p>Anthony Banek, Managing Director for BlueCentral said, “These new appointments reflect BlueCentral’s continued growth and expansion in Australia. Quaid and Daniel will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities for the company and expanding the services we offer to our customer base.”</p>
<p>Quaid will be responsible for managing and directing BlueCentral’s sales team. He is charged with meeting BlueCentral’s sales targets and driving the company’s aggressive growth strategy. Quaid will be responsible for mentoring, developing and coaching BlueCentral’s team of sales and marketing executives. He has held various sales and management positions and has extensive experience in online marketing and digital infrastructure businesses. Prior to joining BlueCentral, Quaid was a Corporate and Government Consultant at CCH Australia where he managed strategic marketing and incentive programs for major corporate and government clients.</p>
<p>Daniel has been appointed into a newly created role which signals BlueCentral’s entry into the mobile communications market. He will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for BlueCentral’s mobility solutions, a new product offering from BlueCentral. He has full responsibility for increasing the market penetration for the company’s mobile connectivity services utilising BlueCentral’s carrier grade messaging gateway for mobile response, delivery and billing and servicing partners for their mobile business, mobile marketing and mobile content solutions. Daniel has seven years of experience in the mobile industry and has held product management and product marketing roles at Virgin Mobile prior to joining BlueCentral.</p>
<p>Banek added, “I look forward to the contributions that Quaid and Daniel will make towards building and growing BlueCentral’s business.”</p>
