Sydney, Australia — 4 September 2008 — IntraPower (ASX: IPX), an expert Managed IP, Voice, Data and Applications Service Provider, today announces a new three year $500,000 deal with UCB Technology to provide its 1,000 members with an integrated billing services platform using IntraPower’s Visibility.X management software suite and business-grade broadband service.

The three year deal will see IntraPower provide business grade broadband to UCB members, with the Visibility.X platform providing real-time information for UCB Technology to track their members’ data. The infrastructure provided by IntraPower will also allow UCB Technology to develop other services and applications that can be utilised through the broadband connection.

“The initial scope of this deal will allow us to deliver the IntraPower solution to 200 of our members. The deal has the potential to grow to $2.5 million and include our entire 1000 member base. We chose IntraPower because we needed a secure and reliable broadband infrastructure to support our new venture and IntraPower was the only company able to provide the winning combination of broadband service and a streamlined management platform,” says Reg Johnston, CEO of UCB Technology.

The real-time capability of Visibility.X expedites retailer sign ups by allowing access to customer data from initial enquiry to completed set up,” he added.

“We are thrilled to be working with UCB Technology. Our partnership illustrates IntraPower’s ability to deliver customised solutions that support the most mission-critical aspects of any business,” says Greg Kennish, Group Managing Director of IntraPower.
